Fishing Charter
Light
trawling or deep sea fishing on Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras
Your first option is
light trawling along the reef out of one of our 2 locations on the north
shore. You can start trawling as soon as you leave the dock.
One may catch some Tuna, Barracuda, Wahoo, Jack’s, and Permit to just
name a few. For the fishing we use one of our skiffs (small open boat)
between 20ft and 25ft in length.
Half day $ 260
Full day $ 360
The second option is deep sea fishing
with our 31 ft sport fishing boat “Esperanza” We will be trawling several miles offshore
in the open sea and over sea mounts for marlin and other big game fish.
Half day $ 500
Full day $ 700
Prices are for the boat with up to
4 passengers and include: Guide, gear, soft drinks, beer and lunch on a full
day trip. Additional passengers pay extra: $ 30 per person on the half day
trips and $ 50 per person on the full day trips.
All boats are partially covered and equipped with all
fishing gear, life jackets and all common emergency features.
With the light
trawling on the reef, we almost always bring back some fish. The deep sea
fishing on the other hand is a bit more challenging and there is a chance
that we will not catch anything.
